Prof. Ph.D. Maher Ibrahim Qanbar, a faculty member in the Department of Private Law, participated as a member of the discussion committee of the doctoral thesis titled “The Role of Will in Private International Relations: A Comparative Study,” submitted by researcher Sarah Adel Rifaat to the College of Law at Tikrit University.
