The lecturer in the Private Law Department, Assistant Prof. Ph.D. Maher Ibrahim Qanbar, participated as a member of the discussion committee for the master’s thesis entitled “Conflict of Legislative Jurisdiction Regarding the Counter-Guarantee Letter – A Comparative Study,” submitted by student Hajar Hadi Enad to the College of Law at Al-Qadisiyah University.
