تدريسيان من قسم القانون العام يشاركان في لجنة مناقشة بحث دبلوم عالي مهني في هيئة النزاهة

مساعد رئيس الجامعة العراقية للشؤون الإدارية (أ.د حسن فضالة موسى) بصفته رئيساً، والتدريسية في قسم القانون العام (أ.م.د رسل فيصل دلول) بصفتها عضوا، يشاركان في لجنة مناقشة بحث الدبلوم العالي المهني الموسوم “فاعلية التمثيل القانوني لدوائر الدولة امام المحاكم المختصة في قضايا الفساد / دراسة تطبيقية في القطاع النفطي في محافظة كركوك للمدة من ٢٠٢٣ – ٢٠٢٦”، الذي تقدم به الطالب فلاح حسن خلف الى الاكاديمية العراقية لمكافحة الفساد في هيئة النزاهة.

The Assistant President of Al-Iraqia University for Administrative Affairs (Professor Ph.D Hassan Fadala Mousa) as Chairman, and the faculty member in the Department of Public Law (Assistant Professor Ph.D Rusul Faisal Dulul) as a member, participate in the defense committee of the professional higher diploma research titled “The Effectiveness of Legal Representation of State Departments before Competent Courts in Corruption Cases / An Applied Study in the Oil Sector in Kirkuk Governorate for the Period 2023 – 2026”, submitted by the student Falah Hassan Khalaf to the Iraqi Academy for Combating Corruption at the Integrity Commission.
